DEAR READER: What I’ve been working on…
Addressing the problem of being burned out.
The best way for people to understand your work is to let them see it: mid-process, a little unpolished, still becoming.
And so, here it is: a work in progress:
For the past couple of months, I’ve been working inward. Less sharing, more noticing. Less output, more listening. The kind of work that doesn’t photograph well, but changes things all the same.
This issue is a small crack in that door.
I’ve been building something quietly: a workbook designed to help you reconnect with your creativity if burnout has made it feel distant, dull, or altogether inaccessible. It’s part reflection, part structure, part gentle nudge back toward yourself.
This workbook guides you through a repeatable cycle to keep your creativity flowing:
Make Space: Use guided journaling and to-do list templates to empty your mind of the mental clutter blocking your progress.
Get Inspired: Reconnect with your “why” through creative prompts, mood boarding, and problem-solving exercises.
Clarify Goals: Gamify your growth with Goal Bingo and habit trackers that turn daunting tasks into “bite-size” steps.
Practice: Shift your identity from someone who is “trying” to someone who is an artist, making consistency a natural part of your day.
Whether you are looking to infuse creativity into your career, your home, or just yourself, it’s a transition from burnout back to the beginning of your repaired journey.
It’s almost ready to go to “press,” but before I send it out into the world, I want it to be shaped by real experience, not just my own.
So I’m looking for three volunteers to receive the workbook for free in exchange for an honest review and a short survey. Not polished feedback. Not “nice” feedback. Just real.
If you’ve been feeling burnt out, disconnected, or like your creativity has been living somewhere just out of reach, I’d love to hear from you.
Reply to this post, leave a comment, or reach out directly. I’ll choose three readers over the next few days.
More soon.
